Entry level-Intermediate level CNC machine operators with experience needed to operate 3/4 axis CNC Machines to produce parts to required tolerances.
1.Operator follows directions and produces required quantity of parts.
2.Works on different types of equipment to carry out a particular phase of the production cycle.
3.Must produce parts within required tolerances.
4.Is responsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat condition.
5.Follows all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
6.Maintains reports on work orders handled and quantities produced.
7.Perform repetitive bending, reaching and lifting actions involving material weighing up to 60 pounds.
8.Regularly inspect in-process and finished parts to ensure quality goals are met and parts produced represent Zero Defect criteria
Working hours: 3:00PM-11:30PM
1.Good print reading skills
2.Able to work with veneer calipers and micrometers
3.High School education
4.(1-2 years machine shop experience
